Architect / Artist

Kim Cooper is trained as an architect and an artist. She loves working with her hands and has been instrumental in helping to set up the CoLab, Vancouver’s newest non-profit community workshop.

Ocean Dionne

Industrial Designer /

Diversity of life inspires me. Collaboration draws from diversity and engages “the group IQ” which leaps into unmeasurable outcomes. Apply the design process – creative problem solving – to good earth based respectful ethics and add collaboration plus a dash of absurd. WOW!

That is why I am Design Nerd.

Maia Love

Medical Resident / Dance Choreographer

I am interested in maximizing potential*. I enjoy seeing the earth and human societies become healthier through creativity and balance. My background consists of artistic and scientific exploration in the fields of medicine – neurology, radiology, psychiatry, addictions, academia – biological physics, ecology, literature, and arts – dance, yoga, and poetry. Professionally, I am a doctor deeply curious about the brain and the mind.

Alicia is originally from Mexico where she studied and practiced architecture until she moved to Canada to pursue a Masters of Advanced Studies in Architecture at UBC which she recently completed.
